RELIANCE DIGITAL PLANNING TO RELAUNCH WITH MORE CHANNELS

I somewhere read in this forum that both RDTV and Sun Direct were sharing TPs with each other to broadcast some channels. Is it true? If yes, why don't both companies merge to make a signel big DTH company? In this way they can compete with other DTH companies more efficiently.

there is a mutul understand to channels sharing from measat in 2010, insat 4 b failed. north focusing by RELIANCE and south by SUN DIRECT . but in 2012 reliance tried to take over to sd .but failed .

They will overall rebrand it for whole India. They cannot ignore the big market of ROI subscribers.
