From 1 Jan 2012 Reliance Digital Tv Start Pairing On Hd Boxes And Now Mostly HD Box Pairing With Card !
Now Pairing Start On Sd Boxes , Many time Pairing Error Message :angry show on screen ......
In Case of Pairing Error Please Create A Service Request On Reliance Customer Care With Casn and VC or SCN Number for Pairing The Vc,

why they start one more time smart card pairing in hd box ? :huh

Ya it is happening .i have also faced this problem .bcz i don't know how many times i hav changed my set top box .but solved in few min. If anybody facing this then call cc and give smart card no.and your current set top box number and they will match your card with your set top box.
