If Jio is planning on providing television through its broadband network, then I agree... But DTH from JIO seems totally out of scope

I think somebody may have given a statement that JIO mso will give tough competition to DTH players and they translate it as JIO will launch DTH.
Personally I think they will not launch DTH as subscriber in DTH users in advanced countries are decreasing as the offering is less.Internet through satellite is slow. Digital cable on the other hand offers triple play kind of stuff (digital cable,high speed internet and phone).Thats why they applied for MSO license and they are launching fiber.

DTH is not the future, why will they launch DTH service. DTH will probably die after 10 years ?
