You said they were silent on coverage. You discredited Al Jazeera and BBC for not being American. When I showed you videos of American News channel. Now you want their opinions. / Anyway i just want them to follow proper decency and ethics of journalism. They should allow other panel speakers to speak. Also not being biased towards any ideology. Let the viewer decide their judgement. There is a lack of unbiased media in international market.

I don't know how I feel about it. If they (or anyone else) want to launch a successful international news channel, they will have to hire foreign talent both on air and behind the camera to improve technical aspects/graphics and match international broadcast standards. Also, people in the world won't tune in if they are perceived as being too India-centric. Notice how Qatar rarely talks about themselves on Al Jazeera English, but still manages to influence their viewers more covertly.

Arnab Goswami earlier announced launching of Republic in every indian languages within 17 month, now they are taking one year to launch one Channel, no time for other regional channels
