So it is possible to change my basic pack. suggest me friends.

It is your misunderstanding d2h also offered South base packages for ROI customer. For it just call 18001370111 or 18001806000 to CC & tell them, if they not gives then tell them to transfer his/her call to senior supervisor. I suggest you can get South base package 100%. No need to call Nodal Officer.
