I think it shouldn't be banned, because if this channel is gone ban then how to we know about Russia's stand and opinions of russian people. It's my opinion.

The channel has downlink permission in India from AsiaSat 7 at 105.5°E. Currently it's showing SMPTE color bars, hence the outage on all the DPOs.
