Asked op but no use they are not aware of what its .. They are pet parrot they cant say anything beyond what their boss teached them in briefing session .. But im sure most of the cc's know what is tp in this tech.world but they cant confirm in on-call with customer if means they will face the penalty as LOP .. But you may ask how vikash bro confirming for that dealer cc is seperate than adtv user cc as per vikash bro info .. Hope for the best soon in a week ..
