it was unintentional...
12 yrs he has been going through d pains... of being presented in d courts etc..

he has treated 600 children wid heart surgeries, through is charity.

IMO, sanjay dutt's crime was a more heinous one, he kept d arms in his house, which were used in bombay blasts. :angry

infact the victims, themselves wanted compensation. :s

I dont say, that he shud not been given any punishment, but everyday, there are many incidents of road rage, thousands of ppl die everyday on d roads... nothin will hppn to them, cases gets resolved upon mutual consent/compensations etc...

But just bcoz salman is a star, an example is being set out of him :s

He could hve surrendered and avoided 12 years of pain and set a good example but he himself dragged everything. Even the black buck case is dragging.
