well said, still I am thinking Lockdown benefited to Star from Bollywood movies, But Post Lockdown Dhinchaak and Sony Max clearly winners, So Star Really need some new south dubbed movies to sustain in market, if any channel have loss from Bollywood movies Acquisition they can Recover from Dubbed movies or even from Dubbed movies Acquisition loss they can Recover from Bollywood movies

Because there's nothing good coming on TV and showing ramayan and Mahabharat 2013 version all the time and not airing classic shows like Entourage, Just mohabbat, saans & Buniyaad

Bro audience prefer South movies for entertainment purpose. Recent Bollywood has not been that entertaining so broadcasters air South indian dubbed films. I'm personally a half South indian and I enjoy watching in Hindi though I have already watched it in native language

Almost all Broadcasters don't know how to Balancing Bollywood and dubbed movies, Star negligence on Dubbed movies and Sony negligence on Bollywood movies, Compare to All Broadcaster Star have some Good Dubbed movies Library But Not getting proper Air time in any Star/UTV Channels

I am not against of those movies, what I want is dedicated channel for the same, so @ prime time every one receives their desired taste of movies, Like Star gold sld telecast only bollywood movies, while star gold 2 can b utilized for south ,same way star utsav movies can be used for old movies including black & white, still u r left with UTV movies where star can telecast a mixture of all these kind of movies

It is just a matter of balance....it is right to say that bollywood films since last 10 yrs by and large have neglected mass audience preference which south indian films still cater to but older bollywood films can fill the void. Happy that since last 2 or 3 yrs old bollywood films r makinf strong comeback on tv

That was earlier the case. Now south indian dubbed films r acquired at very high costs. Right now too Star/disney hindi movie chs r far ahead in ratings, most of the bollywood viewers see it as their destination to watch films. Star/ disney will acquire dubbed south indian films at very slow pace, bollywood will b mainstay and has made them successful

Like YRF has been big exit from sony if Rajshri, Mukta Arts leaves zee then same will b the case. I m expecting Excel Films, Aamir Khan production to shift to either star/disney or viacom18

I agree, Disney/Star Should Air South Dubbed movies On UTV Action and UTV HD, But these Channels Always Airing Some Crap Unknown Hollywood movies, if Disney Revamp UTV Action and UTV HD competition going more interesting
