Today now Star are down Zee is WINNER on satellite premiere....why?
Because
Deal with biggest production house like pen movies, excel entertainment,balaji fillms, Salman Khan production,nadiwala grandson, dharma productions ,LYCA production ,etc
Deal with superstar heroes like Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan,Shahrukh khan,Aamir Khan (largely satellite rights goes to Zee since 4 to 5 years )
Deal with biggest director like Rohit Shetty, sanjay lella bhansali,Shankar , S S rajoumoli (RRR) , etc
Deal with pan India production house like Saaho , RRR , Radhe syham , kgf 2 , Ramcharan 15 , Valmai ; etc

Zee does have big bollywood library but poor in scheduling or managing it. Zee is also set to lose many films from diff banners soon as agreement is expiring.Also star/disney has exclusive agreements with big /medium/small banners or stars and also has huge number of films from library companies like shemaroo, ultra etc. Many new films /banners r constantly being added in star/library, even Goldmines films r slowly getting aired on their chs and going forward they might get more bollywood films from their library

Ultimately a broadcaster can have big bollywood library but what counts more important is how well they r giving slots/airtime to them. Star / Disney is unmatched leader in this case

I have huge hopes from sony/zee in near future that they will give max airtime to bollywood films but at present not quite happy with their content except on Zee Classic , And Xplor HD and too some extent And Pictures SD/HD. On SD chs as well as Sony Max HD still bollywood films r very less on most days and there is too much repetition . Zee Cinema HD is airing good amount of bollywood films but it should include more popular films in schedule

Viacom HD Hindi Movie Channel Colors Cineplex HD is doing good job in airing bollywood films since last 2 months but need to maintain similar line up of bollywood content even on weekends and ads more popular bollywood films from 90s or 2000s and even retro era as currently most of films aired r just niche /critically acclaimed ones. Colors Cineplex Bollywood is one channel which is just super awesome and it airs so many different bollywood films thus there is little repetition. Viacom18 is only network after Star/disney which gives airtime to almost bollywood films in its library across prime slots, few left out should also b included and library expanded or refreshed at regular intervals

Why Disney-Star is not airing this films
DIL BECHARA, SADAK 2, CHHAPPAK, PANGA, LOOTCASE?

Yes, certain films not getting aired. Apart from one u mentioned there r others like Angrezi Medium, Love Aaj Kal 2, Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi, Indoo Ki Jawaani, Lootera, Shanghai, Ekk Thhi Daayan, Shor In The City, Souten, Safari, Khauff, Rockford, Koi Aap Sa, Refugee, Shaadi No. 1, Tum Bin, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar etc. Also ones like Saathiya, Kalank , Hum Tum , RHTDM, Mujhe Kuchh Kehna Hai, Mujhse Dosti Karoge etc. airing once in few months. This needs to b looked into by star/disney

Dhoom 3 and Dil Toh Paagal Hai and other YRF / diff banner films air on UTV Movies and Star Utsav Movies after initial airing on Star Gold / 2. These movies have received good ratings
