Well, repeating a movie twice or thrice at prime slot after its premiere is common practice. Even Ludo was aired 3 or 4 times but now it is totally off air. A movir getting good ratings will b seen for a longer period

I think tips Films might move to zee-sony because viacom18 acquired tips Films with Disney-Star so again moving back to Disney-star so soon I think not possible when it expires from zee-sony it will be back to Disney-star.

Tips Films will shift to star/disney as recently their film Bhoot Police was acquired by star/disney and even did quite well. Star/disney had the old Tips Movie library long back and for new films (post 2013) Tips Films had Zee as satellite partner. Zee Agreement has already expired and Viacom18 agreement (shemaroo owned Tips Movie library) will end soon , after this all these films will shift to star/disney. Even Balaji Films shifted from star to sony for short duration and then came back

Parineeta, Eklavya, Parinda still not getting prime slots on sony max, max 2 or wah despite there being a strong chance of VVC Films shifting to another network. Even 1942 A Love Story aired just once or twice on a prime slot in last few months

Vashu Bhagnani (Puja Films), Neha arts , Tips.Films and some other banners Old movies IP Rights r either with library companies or with broadcasters hence these mostly do not get covered in banner agreement unless broadcasters renew them directly from library company or producersbuys IP rights from respective broadcaster or library company

Dharma Productions had agreement with sony (most probably as Dharma Production films were distributed by YRF) in late 90s, early 2000s which lasted till 2009 .... Later on Dharma Productions ended distribution agreement with YRF and Star India (Fox Star) came onboard as co producers as well as satellite partner bcoz they acquired rights of self produced films as well as thru agreement with UTV Motion Pictures got other Dharma Production films, even older Dharma Production films shifted from sony to star india.
Later around 2014 or 15 all these films shifted to viacom18. In following years Dharma Production co produced many films with Zee Studios whose rights r currently with zee network but may expire later

Same thing happened with Red Chiilies all their films were with star/disney in 2000s including those produced under Dreamz Unlimited Banner by SRK. Only exception was Om Shanti Om which premiered across many chs. Later around 2012 or 13 these films shifted to viacom18 and later in 2013 Red Chillies entered into new films agreement with Zee Network, Zee never got hold of their older films library as these reamained with Viacom18 as per agreement. Now both these agreements most probably expiring soon. In around 2014 Red Chillies had even acquired rights of Cineyug films which recently shifted from sony/zee to viacom18.
