All yash raj films rights are with Sony, Rajshree with zee, UTV with zee and UTV but world premier on zee

But now star network has taken the rights of YRF

Jawani Janeman is with zee (puja films / pen ) and will surely do well on tv, heard it has right elements to entertain audience + can be watched with family which is rare these days for a bollywood movie.

SMZS will most likely go to zee, T Series is co-producer and in such cases joint decision is taken. Zee even has right channels to air such content while Sony even if asked will reject as it is more interested in buying mass appealing bollywood content due to recent happenings where its deals have ended with big producers

It is trying to establish a Strong Bond with T Series while Also trying to reach Nadiadwala Grandson since Sajid Nadiadwala is disappointed with Disney- Fox handling his projects. Plus small studios like SPN, NH Studioz , Reliance Entertainment (South) eg Darbar and Pattas and Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani all have strong bond with Sony. Yrf although deal with Star still maintains a great relationship with Sony
