But they couldn't meet on financial agreements for the upcoming projects. That's why sajidNadiadwala has gone to sign a mere distribution deal with Sony pictures india. Though the satellite rights is not confirmed yet it can go to any network.

As far as I remember, Nadiawala is looking elsewhere because of Disney /Star 's demand of keeping IP produced by them in house. Or financial terms the reason.
