Don't think that T series is moving to Disney /star. Netflix/amazon prime is in talks to realese movies like indoo ki Jawani, ludo, jhund etc in OTT. Satellite rights with sony only

Deal is not over T Series Demanding more money Hotstar and Zee5 too in there in OTT market , Sony Liv Absent in Streaming rights acquisition and First of all T Series don't have Exclusive Streaming Partner and T Series maintained good bond with Sony , Star and Zee too

Sony will leave from T Series and already T Series Talks with Netflix , Amazon prime video for Direct movie Release on OTT, Disney Hotstar also maybe joining with them

Why you so optimistic about Star. It is nothing sort of finishing competition in the rights space. There should be healthy competition among networks. If everything with Star then not good for the market
