Recently Avm Production links deal with different networks in South
But hindi version Rights with Avm or Goldmines ?

Don't know I think AVM deal with Sony only since old b/w AVM movies also with Sony. Vijaya deal with Sony

I think this is true. Zee is close both to Kangana and director Vijay plus Jaya TV doesn't have the money to buy rights. So I guess it might come true.

Sony most probably has signed with Firoz A Nadiadwala to get akshay Kumar previous blockbusters like Phir hera pheri, welcome and some other comedy entertainers. And for upcoming Firoz A Nadiadwala projects like Hera Pheri 3 and welcome 3
And probably foxstar +Disney signed with Balaji motion pictures in order to make for the loss of Ajay devgn upto some extent
