Thats the reason, we should not believe all these rumours unless, Hotstar or respective production house be it be Jio, Ajay Devagan Fflims or Fox Star confirms about the same.

Not keeping Dil Bechara in mind, what are some films co-produced by Fox Star, whose satellite rights are with Star but digital rights are not with DPHS?

If not DPHS, Amazon is the only option for Dil Bechara. Netflix is unlikely.

But Sometimes Producer sale Audio, Digital Rights and Co Producer Keeping Satellite and theatrical Rights
All it's depends on Producer and Co Producer investment share

Dil Bechara, Fox Star is the only producer on this so very unlikely it will go to any other streamer. Even the original the fault in our stars is produced by Fox only. They own the adaptation rights.

The last time they aired rishi kapoor films all day, then there was huge trp loss, so now maybe they have changed their pattern
Atleast they are airing his all films(Shuddh Desi Romance, Detective Byomkesh Bakshi, Raabta(2 times), pk) that they have aired on prime slots on sony max and sony wah, they didn't left any of his film that they have

Even zee didnt aired kai po che bro zee aired just kedarnath and &pictures aired kedarnath and sonchiriya.... at least star aired both ms dhoni and chichore.
