You can scan other channels by this method
Press menu
Go to tools and press ok on help information
Then press red button
Now you get option which is attached in pic 2
By manual scanning and entering frequency
You can get other channel example dd free dish

I have scanned till 98% and I cancelled it...but sound is not cmg in those dd free dish channels...should v wait till 100% to complete...

I've faced same issue while doing auto scan. Go for manual scan and scan each tp one by one
