Seeking Help Serials not updated on Zee5 on Tata Play Binge

Hi,
Basically thru Tata internet I have a subscription of Tata play binge app thru which I can watch a select OTT apps like Hotstar, Zee5, Shorts TV etc. So within Tata Play binge, when I go to Zee5 and select a program, it opens within its own Window.

For last 2 - 3days I notice that the daily-soups on Zee 5 are not updated. They show last aired 15-Dec as latest.
Is anyone else facing this issue. I am not too sure whom to contact because I do not have a direct Zee5 subscription, it's thru Tata play binge.

Thanks. Anyways i have raised a ticket with Tataplay Binge support center. Let's see what is the fix.

Just want to inform you that it was indeed a technical issue at their end. They have finally fixed it!!
