I think Namita missed opportunity to eliminate a future competitor. I mean it can happen na. Supposed the competitor has better technical aspects then you currently have then one have invested small initially then buy out whole firm in future.

Doesn't such things happen in real life. Company buying out there competitors early or in fire sale
