Signal available on 11163V and H

Guys I manually entered this transponder details on STB and I am surprised to see the the signal available. How true can this be and others could you also verify this?

Even i also feel that we are manually tuning the existing transponders..if we invent new teansponders thats great news...but its impossible......thanks syam for the update

Guys it is the same 11164 TP. We will get the signal even if the frequency number is slightly different. Try with 11608 TP. You will get the signal. It is actually 11609 TP.
