D2h now all channels showing set top box synchronizes the date and time with main server. And switched to 100 and stay tuned 1 minute. But i staying more than 10 minutes still now there is no pictures

Try to refresh your stb or call cc and register a complaint..:k

You have not to do anything call the cc and.ask them to send the software update command

Software update can't get good signal..signal issues may occur due to damaged LNB,anteena or not having proper wire connection from LNB :k
