1) open dm800 take all screws out and remove lid
2) remove the front cover
3) disconnect the IDE ribbon
4) in the front right corner under the LED screen you will see a sim card, like the ones in a mobile phone. if it says APN on it then you have a SIM 1. take a pic of it if unsure and post it on here people will tell you.
