Software got updated automatically while watching TV

Hi,

First of all my apologies, if I am posting this in a wrong thread.

My STB software got updated automatically, while I was watching TV. This is happening for the first time, since we took the connection. I got a message that the update was successful, but STB is re-booting automatically. I am adding some pix.

You posted in the right section only. What is your set top box model? Recently my 2244 RF box got updated to the download ID 25. It seems your box is also getting updated to 25.

You posted in the right section only. What is your set top box model? Recently my 2244 RF box got updated to the download ID 25. It seems your box is also getting updated to 25.

But it's not working now. Always re-booting
