Software update fail

I saw a message "connecting to download stream (5 secs remaining)" and then after few secs "connection to download stream failed". I left the stb and tv on for hours. But nothing happened. Getting the same problem ever since. how to fix it.
because im using this on sri lanka

try doing a factory reset of the STB. Then switch it off and switch on again.

Kathir bro...mine also got same problem. StB model is HS8101.

For skyworth HS8101 stb update TP 12563 H 32000 need maximum signals
For INTEK HD & INTEK SD stb update TP 12316 H 30000 need maximum signals
For INTEK HD stb update TP 12643 H 32000 need maximum signals

For INTEK HD & INTEK SD stb update TP 12316 H 30000 need maximum signals
For INTEK HD stb update TP 12643 H 32000 need maximum signals

Disc realigned to get full signel for TP12563 H... it worked. Thanks.
