Technician/dealer will take @ 300 for old box.

If u want new then tell him(technican/dealer) to replace by new box, he will take 999 from u & will give 1 year warranty also.

If u called cc then tell them, is there any offer to replace Mpeg2 to Mpeg4,Sd to Sd exchange (without HD).

If this is not works then tell him i want to swap this box with new box with 1 year warranty.

Gsat 10 is not failed, tata sky get very few tp on it [6 or 8] hence they are planning to use mpeg4 tech on gsat. All new channels from gsat will be available only in mpeg4 and mpeg2 will be continue from insat4a as of same like dish tv doing for its customer. Who want this new channels then exchange your stb or see only old channels.

I have one question. I subscribed to multi tv connection last year and got a black color thompson set top box. Current software version is 113 release feb 2013. Will my box be eligible for the software update?
