How to update software manually in airtel digital tv

Switch on tv and stb.
While channel running turn off stb power (don't switch off using remote just cut the power).
Then turn on box.
You will see Please Wait Initializing ....... press 2465 immediately and you will see some numbers press ok.
The software will start downloading.
