Seeking Help Unable to update Airtel Xstream Box Latest Software

I am using Airtel Xstream Box outside India from few years. I can't able to update the software from beginning. I feel some slowness in operation and every 2 to 3 hours the STB is restarting automatically. So how can i download the software and update manually (though USB or any other sources) and the procedure as well please.

I think you need to have an Indian ISP (Internet IP) to access the software update.
So try some Indian VPN so it can access the update package from Indian ISP...
