Seeking Help Solid set top box hdmi support

Today I received my Solid 6165 set top box but it is not working well with my Samsung Led tv. Sometime it shows lines and sometimes tv does not recognise STB. I am already using Melbon galaxy 4 which works well with TV. I also tried my STB with my Iffalcon Tv in which it works well. I changed hdmi cables too but it does not work either. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated

Your tv setting also check its 576 then change to auto or higher
