Solution of error 2 problem in reliance Big Tv

I restart my reliance set up box . When they ON the signal quantity was GOOD . But when I go to next step of channel's searching they shows error 2 .Please help my this problem....

I think he Should Replace His LNB

LNB is a rare thing to get any kind of damage. He should check the alignment of dish antenna.
