ESPN has equal stake in SPNI's sports arm. And N P Singh also said once that all future sports channels from SPNI will be named in series of Sony ESPN. So, it is very likely that all of them will be renamed as Sony ESPN 1,2,3 and so on with better logo.

ESPN didn't buy TEN Sports..!
Sony has brought it.
