Forcing old customers to move to other DTH?
Is D2H added all the south channels as free in base package?

I hope you posted the same screenshot sometime ago.. But when I contacted CC, they said, they stopped FOC top ups now and they said, I can get only two top ups irrespective of language. Finally they activated Tamil-1 and Tamil-2 and said 2 top ups are done.

May be our friend DTH Thrissur can help on this..

I just 2days back I activated 2 language for my brother.( same SS) with 1 year package 1750/year. Pls check your your a/c status as mentioned FOC topup.?

Old cust not getting 3 life time free top up as apart of base pack. Bcz company not counting FOC top up's.
In OLd Cust
>>2 life time top up+ FOC top up's.
>>ie malayalam,tamil + malayalam 2 FOC & tamil 2 FOC... etc(as per cust request)
In new connection
>> 3 life time top up + FOC top up's.
>>ie kannada,tamil,telungu + kannada2 FOC & tamil2 FOC.... etc(as per cust request)
