RE: SPACEX RESETS LAUNCH OF FALCON 9 ROCKET FOR SERENE SUNDAY SUNSET ON FEB. 29
Falcon 9 grounded again after last-second abort. In last second hold off SpaceX is now mastered. There is very cases of such last second hold off from ISRO. We all know liquid fuel is more efficient than solid propellant but the advantage of solid propellant is that it is more reliable.
For e.g look at this recent hold off - the Falcon 9’s liquid oxygen load got too warm on Sunday while waiting for the Air Force to clear the range. Only few minutes hold off for range safely issue created bubble.
RE: SES-9-Launch team has called a scrub for the day
Elon Musk, SpaceX’s founder and chief executive, posted an update on Twitter shortly after the last-second abort.
“Launch aborted on low thrust alarm,” Musk tweeted. “Rising oxygen temps due to hold for boat and helium bubble triggered alarm.”

Yes it's aborted, but the reason was a boat entered in to the edge of the keep out zone

Then
The boat eventually moved out of the way, and SpaceX resumed the countdown.
However, right at the T-minus-0 mark when the rocket should have launched, engineers called for an abort. A few minutes later, around 7:30 p.m. ET, they completely scrubbed the day's attempt.
RE: SpaceX targeting Tuesday for Falcon 9 rocket launch
SpaceX will target its fourth attempt to launch a communications satellite from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station for Today evening (5:05 AM Wednesday IST)
The launch window will open at 6:35 p.m. and close at 8:05 p.m., making it a slightly earlier window compared to the previous three attempts. SpaceX said the shift gives them a better chance of avoiding upper-level winds.
A launch forecast issued by the 45th Weather Squadron shows an 80 percent chance of favorable weather at Launch Complex 40. Primary concerns are cumulus clouds and the possibility of thick cloud layers.

Commercial Falcon 9 launch scrubbed again
SpaceX has pushed back the oft-delayed liftoff of an SES communications satellite to at least Friday to avoid launching through unfavorable upper level winds.
“Unfortunately upper-level winds continue to exceed acceptable limits and are expected to get worse as we approach tonight’s launch window, so we are forgoing today’s launch attempt," a SpaceX spokesperson said. "Winds are forecast to exceed acceptable limits through Thursday. Our team will continue working with the Air Force’s Launch Weather Officer to evaluate the best available opportunity for flight in the coming days."
SpaceX chief executive Elon Musk tweeted: "Pushing launch to Friday due to extreme high altitude wind shear. Hits like a sledgehammer when going up supersonic."
