thats wht I m saying, one who want to do, will do..

one who doesnt, will only talk, and make excuses.

Colors Infinity.... out of d blue, got d licence, tested on C band, launched, and got added on most DTH as well, widout making any fuss.

And here MAX HD is only testing on c-band from months now....
why cud not have they applied for a licence, whilst it was testing :dodgy
