Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

Infact i think star / disney and reliance partnership might remain restricted to ISL and going forward there might b changes here too. Remember viacom18 and star/disney r now rivals and joint partnerships quite unlikely

This has nothing to do with broadcasting though.
