No matter who wins. I don't want one player to have it. I want this space to be competitive. Remember when IPL was airing on Sony. Digital rights were with Times Internet until the launch of Hotstar.

In 2010, the IPL used to live-stream on YouTube! Then it moved to starsports.com (the predecessor of Disney+ Hotstar in sports) and later it became pay-only. How times (no pun intended) have changed!

Times Internet, part of The Times of India group, has won the global media rights for the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket tournament for four years, having bid Rs 261.6 crore.
From where exactly have you got this information?.. First of all there are many other entities which generally bid for rights as well... There is Times Internet (Willow TV), Sky, Fox Australia and names go on and on... If you have credible source then posting the same with that source is appreciated...
Don't simply post something here as we had requested you multiple times... Try to understand why are requesting you do that.. It's a public forum and we don't want misinformation going around here...

I expect atleast a fair valuation of all the sports. Yes, cricket is way more popular than other sports but they should also have a fair share of the pie. Star has totally killed the interest in cricket for me and may be many like me.
