Viacom belongs to reliance jio and both are competitors. Every time they failed to make an agreement

Nothing like that sort is true. Infact Airtel Digital TV has added many Viacom18 SD and HD channels first on their platform.

Also Reliance is parent company of Jio and Network18 which is 51% stakeholder in Viacom18.

Let alone DTH, even intense rivalry between Reliance Jio and Airtel in telecom sector has now simmered down and incase of business both are at competitive yet friendly terms with each other

Just to add to my above post, incase Airtel Digital TV goes ahead and is successful in signing New NTO 2.0 RIO Agreement with other broadcasters too then channel numbers realignment will follow suit and we may see not only pending channels from Viacom18 making their way on the platform but infact Sony Ten 4 HD, Zee Zest HD, Travel XP HD, Pravah Picture HD, Star Kiran HD and other missing channels from big broadcasters might as well get added along. Also many FTA channels which r in waiting bcoz of unavailability of empty channel slots across different genres on the EPG also would also come onboard Airtel Digital TV platform.

Keep an eye for scrolls on Channel 999, Home Channels or channels like 414, 532 etc. to know if certain channel numbers r getting changed to accommodate few new channels or 4 digit lcn is being implemented alongwith complete overhaul in LCN arrangement

Any update on sports 18 sd on d2h
Every single post of yours since joining the forum is about Sports18 1 SD on d2h. No, it will never be added, and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. One should learn to accept and adjust. We can criticise d2h for so many decisions (far, far more than Airtel) but if it says that most of its customers use HD boxes, surely the need for providing the SD feed is diminished, especially now that Dish TV has added it.

That is a big problem if you are a football fan. Thankfully, Viacom is airing World Cup in non sports channels.
