Just sundirect things nothing is clearer to the customer.

I have been contacting them since 3 days for some query
I got my answer from DDF members but cc still giving me automated response
DDF care more than sun direct themselves
Probably the worst cc support I have come across.

Any help me to a decisions... I am currently using Sundirect HD HS3A01 STB with smart card (its a old 2018 model with physical smart card ) so should i upgrade to newly launched STB MIN222 or wait for sun direct to launch any 4K STD to take advantage of Star 4K and upcoming SUN TV 4K channels?
My HS3A01 STB is still working fine with good pic clarity and sound anyway so will i get any better clarity in that STB MIN222 or waste of upgrade?

Wait for few days as nothing is clear whether they're launching new 4k boxes or brigining support to hd boxes with some workaround

if its a april fool prank then the fools are sun direct team only lol ...as other dth services providers already launched 4K channels in theirs

May be SunDirect will replace STB of customer who want to watch 4K content. Its not that hard just pay few bucks extra for exchange and enjoy 4K.
