I think price increased but new RIO's hasn't been signed as of now.

I think Government directed GEC to show Titles & credits in the language in which they broadcast programs. (I.e. Devanagari script for Hindi GEC)

For the record the logo of Star Plus HD (2016–18) was also all-uppercase but it was not so big. This wordmark extends on either side of the star very visibly.
