d2h is South-focused so it will add Star Sports 1 Tamil/Telugu HD but not Star Gold 2 HD. Vice-versa for Dish TV.

Yes bro but depends on the negotiations and being HD channels and prices being too high as per new TRAI rules and having the same feed Dishtv would have not added them.Generally there may be other issues too but it comes down mostly to prices.This is my view only.
