JioStar has the largest cricket library and rights to all the major events, so is there a possibility of re-launching Star Cricket channel?

STAR CRICKET Channel was launched by the ESPN STAR Sports Joint Venture which is currently defunct. Also their brand identity colors were similar to ESPN Cricinfo. Now Star Sports channels are operating as an independent network. But anything can happen in TV industry. So it would be great if they would relaunch ESPN and Star Cricket to the sports lovers

Change is needed. because so many years we are annoying this 3d useless logos including star sports. A logo of International STR version is better choice

Yeah it will unnecessary cost for them to accomodate two pre shows and experts. A lot of experts/ex- cricketers might lose their job

There are possibilities as the library of cricket is huge now. But not soon. Currently they are retaining Sports 18 network & Star Sports in parallel. Timely Sports 18(most probably) will shutdown. Then few more star sports channels can launch. The name may be 'Star Sports Cricket 1' & so on instead of 'Star Cricket' & I don't think ESPN will re enter.

I wondered why Disney didn't try to relaunch ESPN in india or asia. But they have rebranded all fox sports branded channels of Europe, Africa and Latin America to ESPN 1, 2, 3 etc.... But they didnt even shown the Special sports reviews or news shows of espn on star sports.
