Even Disney Star follows the same style! Previously Tata Sky used follow similar style too.
Good if jiostar stick onto this style. But star logo color should be old orange one only. B'Coz Star has its own unique brand power. No need to disturb that IMHO.

I also want to share my point view on star India logos
If reliance considering rebranding of logos then they should bring back the old rectangular white and navy blue logo.
This was the best era for star and their logos also the best and channel ident was also good I still remember the identity of star plus.
If they want to change the logo they should think of that
