I agree with you. Star gold cinema sounds unique to me… but is this easy to happen?

Already what i have stated is based on facts and information already made available from official press release of merged entity, u r decoding it wrongly then sorry buddy i can only explain but u r free to not understand or not understand the same

Star Gold Romance is a secondary movie channel just like Zee Bollywood, Colors Cineplex Bollywood and is performing extremely well in this segment
 
They wont be making any star colors or vice versa , as that will only drop company value as the brand identity perishes.
