No, i have seen many times every Star channel program Disclaimer they clearly mentions Star India Private limited. few months back they mentions Both Asianet Star Communications with Star India Private in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada channels before SIPL division companies merger.

I think you never observed Star India channels every program Disclaimer, it's not new thing. they using @ Star India Private limited since last two decades. Disney Star, Jio Star or any other names it's just brand trademark not company name.

They were using Star India Private Limited before Disney's involvement. When Star India officially became Disney Star, then Star India Private Limited was removed from disclaimer and replaced with Disney Star.

your wrong here again, last year they merge Star channels south division company with SIPL. Even last year someone created thread discussed lot of time, it's nothing new to all Star branded channels. Of course it's new thing for Viacom18 all channels under Star channels parent Company @ Star India Private limited.

Asianet also showing 'Star India Private limited' in places where they used 'Asianet Star Communications ltd'(Couldn't find an English version). Means ASCPL is dismantled. So it's not a change happened only for Vijay TV.

I think your confused, Disney Star is brand and Trademark name of Star channels company remain SIPL. Disney Star named company nowhere present even in licensing agreement or company LLC in india.

But Vijay TV Disclaimer was displaying Disney Star at the starting of November month. Don't know if changed to Star India recently.

We're talking about how Star channels made changes with their Disclaimer graphics by removing Disney Star and inserting back Star India Private Limited which they were already doing before year 2022.
