Why so many hindi movie channels....
May be they r getting rights frm many more production houses...
I hope they rebrand star movies and star movies select....graphics and all
 
Star gold select to need revamp...hardly any new premiers are thr on channel

star have required rights of marathi movies to start a movie channel???

Yes as Star Sports Bangla is shutting down so its contents will be moved to this channel as its mention in the Rio its an Bengali Youths movie channel.
 
List of Channels shutting down by Star from 1st Dec

1. Star World
2. STAR World HD
3. Star World Premiere HD
4. Bindass
5. Marvel HQ (rebranding as Super Hungama )
6. UTV Movies (rebranding as SG Romance)
7. UTV Action (rebranding as SG Thrills)
8. Star Sports 1 Marathi (rebranding to Marathi Movie channel)
9. Star Sports 1 Bangla (rebranding As Jalsha Josh)
 
What I still do not understand is why Star Sports is still launching channels in regional languages. There is an 80-90% guarantee that even the broadcasting rights on the IPL will be lost. Yet we must bow down to those who bring new things one by one.
