D2h following TS way. First Bengali & now Marathi. None of these are available in any base pack. We can watch these two 'Language'  :hd packs if we have the corresponding SD language add-on & paying :hd access fee.

No, these are not available in the highest pack.
In TS also, it's the same. All  :hd channels (including regional) are available only in Platinum (earlier Ultra Plus) pack which is an annual pack.
I already shared the information after 3 Bengali HD addition.
