Check Thanks app if Star Sports 1 Tamil HD is part of pack, then HR should work. Did you try Heavy Refresh by dialling +918448284708 from your registered mobile number whole keeping the STB on ?

Just checked, it is added to my pack. But can't try HR as i am not at home today. Will try and update later. Thanks for the insight.

My pack also removed now on sd channel.
