You will need 4K TV to watch in 4K. If you try to play it in a FHD, no doubt it will play. But you will only get 1080p output through your TV.

Ok thx for your reply, then I will be able to play the channel that's enough for now, in future when there are more 4K channels I will upgrade to a new 4K TV...

I had this doubt because when it comes to OTT apps there is no option to select 4K stream but there's only option available till FHD to select from.. with YouTube alone an exception where certain videos has an option to select more than FHD bitrate stream..

You are right bhai but I found 4k feed more clear than FHD feed on my FHD tv via jio STB.

Oh! It's like Star Sports Marathi which got shelved for low ratings despite being never been distributed. It was "internally tested" too.

Hopefully, same will be the fate of Star Sports 1 Tamil HD and Star Sports 1 Telugu HD.
