On EPG Of HD Channels It's Clearly Showing 5.1 Dolby Digital Sound On All HD Channels

But it doesn't mean that it is true 5.1. Some days before myself and people bro were discussing this in the hd channel list thread. He pointed out that M Tunes HD is not actually a 5.1 sound but d2h is showing as 5.1. Same is the case for tatasky as well.

Any dth can add Dolby Surround Sound for any hd channel irrespective whether the channel is offering or not. Even our home theaters can convert stereo into 5.1 by simulation. I am using a decoder which is doing this job. That is how I enjoyed sun tv movies in 5.1 though d2h is not providing 5.1. That is what tatasky is also doing. They are simulating stereo into 5.1.
