Star Sports HD3 added in All HD Base Packs..!!

I enquire dbat dis DD rajya sabha topup, CC doesnt have a clue abt it.. and say SS HD 3 is a separate chnl from DD rajsabha... as if I dont know that

now wht :dodgy

dd rajya sabha is in lifetime free top up n it is mandatory by the govt. to b on each n every dths' platform.
u have 19hd package so how u wud get sshd3?
even those who r on 22 hd package they r not getting it.

do LTR of 3 months @ 525rs / month n u ll get 4 more hd channels
or else b stick to the current plan. :tup
