Star Sports HD3 added in All HD Base Packs..!!

I am in South Mega 9M+3M 22HD ARP Dec-14 package. But I am not getting SS HD3. As per customer support, South Mega 9M+3M 22HD package is not eligible for SS HD3.

i asked whether i ll get ss 3 as free. cc told me :no:no:no n from the first day of the wc started i m getting it as free.

bro. actually d2h cc is very very good.
this is what i have noticed.
adtv policies r lagging n lacking too. no customer oriented no customer satisfaction

some people r getting epic hd some r not
some r getting ss hd3 some r not.
adtv = 200rs = just 23 hd channels

Try activating Rajya Sabha top up and then do heavy refresh...who knows it might just work!

u can do heavy refresh from ur web portal.
login to ur account in adtv website n then click on heavy refresh.
please do not switch off ur stb during this process.
